About Godfrey Mantle
Being the Owner and Chairman of Mantle Group Hospitality, Godfrey Mantle has turned the business into one of the largest and longest-running hospitality operators in Queensland. With a BA and LLB (Hons.) from the University of Queensland, Godfrey has shown immense leadership and innovation to grow and sustain his business in the long term.
Currently, his hospitality group has over 10 iconic brands in key locations in the region. Godfrey is an open and honest team leader who brings the perseverance and creativity needed to expand the company.
Pioneering Excellence in Modern Hospitality
Godfrey Mantle has been a pioneer for the region’s hospitality sector, launching several iconic brands at key locations, which are loved by locals as well as tourists. In 2008, the group invested in a large commercial kitchen in East Brisbane to streamline all operations, right from roasting coffee to crating wine and beer. He also makes sure that all produce is sourced from the best farms of Australia’s East Coast and the quality is checked for at the Central Kitchen.
